There are a ton of of new solo female mobile living channels, that are actually legit. They are a dime a dozen now though. I don't understand how this person in particular makes a living though, since a lot of the newer channels have pretty low followings. Mobile living is probably my favorite genre on youtube, or travel in general.

So, the cunts have had my video player locked with that bullshit message since
last night. Guess what? I just opened up all the videos I want to see - in different tabs - signed out and refreshed the page and BOOM - videos play WITHOUT ADS!! Cuz I ain't sitting through your fucking dumbshit ads YouTube! Eat a grain silo of rancid cat shit you fucks!! Sure, I can't "Like" or comment but them's the breaks. Fucking shitbags.

Ads don't play on videos which are embedded.
Meaning you can post it here then watch the video from your post. That said, I am sure they'll find a way to fix that. But it does explain why sometimes I find massively high view videos that disallow embedding on other sites... I always wondered why, and it's because ads don't play on embedded videos, and they want every last dime of that ad money... Kinda gross IMO. Besides, basically no one embeds videos in sites outside of YouTube, it's absolutely a tiny fraction. I am still boycotting, but I found out Shorts don't show ads on YT so that's cool. Neither do regular vids from small/unmonetized channels. Man I was SHOCKEDDDD by how many ads are actually on YT, I can't believe THIS is what people have been seeing the entire time, it's WILD. They're fucking EVERYWHERE, pasted all over the damn site, and inside of videos like every 2 minutes. It's very weird to me... it's intolerable and I'm surprised people have actually been putting up with this shit. It changes the whole vibe of the site into a sheeple TV kinda feel. Gross, lmao! But yeah, if there's a video I REALLY wanna watch, I embed it in a post and just preview the post and watch it on the preview page.

But I'm glad it did TBH because I have massively fucking enjoyed every single video I've ever fucking watched, like sucking the juice out of a delicious peach, my dudes. I have no shame. I have deeply, thoroughly fucking enjoyed myself. Or, I guess technically, I've enjoyed other people. Lmao.

I'm low key turned off and don't see a lot of them the same way. Maybe that's unfair, I dunno. Cuz they haven't changed, I did.

I mean you can't blame them for trying to make money... there's nothing wrong with that, and I'm sure they're still as good as I felt like they were all along.

If you disallow embeds, you alienate potential viewers who may have found you from an embedded video... so the greed actually shoots them in the foot instead of helping. That's my opinion.

I will embed a vid and click play, and I can see the little yellow marks on the vid timeline where the ads are supposed to be, but they don't play. Those yellow marks only showed up in embedded vids (at least for me) like yesterday. Anyways, again, my bad. Lol.
