Okay first of all, no I am not a lesbian, I am not bisexual. I am not.
When I say I'm "in love" with another chick, it's not sexual.
Having said all that, this is totally the kind of chick I would have a mad crush on.
There's a super special "type" out there that you really don't see often, and in fact, I haven't seen one this on point in probably like...
God man, probably over 10 years.
5:05, she's into fucking Star Wars, I mean come on...

There's a certain essence beyond the physical that encapsulates these type of girls.
It's almost sort of a spiritual robe of glory they wear.
I'm not saying they're righteous people, I'm just saying that their attractiveness due to their cuteness has won them a place at God's "favorites" table.
I notice they usually work in the food arts too... the last one I fell in love with hard worked at a bakery.

Do you think a little of it is the "servant" role that plays into it?
Not at all as an insult, I mean those that take on serving others
are sometimes very kind, personable and eager to please. Motherly.
Caretaker is probably a better word, but in the food service industry
I suppose "server" comes to mind first. I know most people in those
positions are tit-for-tat-minded [nice & smiles for tips] but I'd wager
that there's a fair amount of genuinely good-natured souls out there
doing that job from the heart. As in, it might not be their ideal gig at
the time, but they've accepted that "This is my job and I'm going to
do it to the best of my ability!"

Maybe a little bit...
But for this type there seems to be a genuine passion and interest in what they do which sets them apart.
Like bakery chick...
She didn't just work there, she was making some hardcore specialities that the place is locally famous for.
Maybe I like these girls because they're a lot like me...
Amazing at cooking.

Modesty is always a huge turn-on.
What's your favorite thing to cook MO? No baked goods allowed! I'm taking about real FOOD!

Baking is different from regular cooking... I did create and master my signature cookie dough last year, that was amazing. I suppose biscuits and stuff like that is a given. On the whole though, I am not really into baked goods. I will hone those skills as time goes by, but my focus has been on cooking "real food" as you call it. It's just more important to me.
As it pertains to "real food" I am not a snob who makes specific dishes by name, I dunno what kind of answer you are expecting. I can cook everything.
I care a lot about cooking though, and I am offended by snobs and picky eaters on a principle level. I am careful who I will discuss the topic with... if I find out someone is a picky eater, I relegate them to a castoff pile. Pearls to swine and whatnot.
Cooking is a lot like alchemy, and it's intuitive... it really is an art, but it's an art accessible to anyone to be practiced and perfected.

If I said I had a favorite thing to cook, I'd be lying...
I've always said spaghetti is my favorite food, but as far as something that causes me an intense amount of pleasure to cook and finish well, I would say the answer isn't spaghetti...
That's more of a personal favorite food than one which is very satisfying to cook.

I have fantasies about being a traveling cook...
In a sort of post-apocalyptic world.
Somehow in my fantasies I have an abundant supply of the spices and herbs which I carry in different bottles where I've mixed together certain combinations for certain dishes.
I go around to random people and households, and make their shitty lives better with food magic.

I think it has to do with the past (and likely future) struggles of humanity on a mass scale, starvation...
Anyone who is picky about what they eat disgusts me on a deep level and I just feel they are not the type who survive.
