Apparently one of the soon to be implemented verification requirements for Twitter is that you have to post a pic of you holding your Elon baby. But you don't have to show his face or anything, he can be turned away from the camera so it's just the back of his head. All of Elon's babies are male.

Rumor is that's why Elon hates Grimes now... because she had a daughter (their second kid). Apparently he makes sure the designer babies he distributes now come out male, like an approval process before the embryo is used. Also the same reason one of his original sons decided to forsake maleness and present as a female... allegedly.
