I've been watching Sloan's videos for a while, but this is the video that made me decide he needs his own thread, NOW...
This video is about Miranda Derrick and bizarre slave labor cults on TikTok/social media.
Sloan's channel covers a huge variety of topics and he's actually a brilliant 'truther' who uses his likable personality and 'clean' image (no swearing, etc.) to shine some light on these fringe topics in the most 'acceptable' way possible so as to not draw heat on himself.

I took it to mean she was expecting security or a ride from the hotel but that no one was there to get her.
She's a popstar, pretty sure having security is all part of the gig.
You can't just go and greet a buttload of crazy fans stalking your hotel without security.

I implore any new/young artist NEVER to take a contract with a media company/producer, they are THERE to fuck you. Be your own brand and manage yourself on the internet. They don't give these musicians proper credits in their own work, and that's fucked up. Don't even bother with all that crap, stay independent.

I mean, it ain't a fucking mystery why Nick is pissed at JoJo Siwa.
Her IMAGE is her brand, NICK'S brand.
Her image involves long hair in the signature style, bow topped, etc.
If she doesn't have that now, then she doesn't comply with the IMAGE.
It's not even her now... as far as they're concerned.
Is that fucked up on a "person" level? Yeah, it's sad. But on a BUSINESS level...
It's only fair and it only makes sense that they wouldn't appreciate what the fuck she's doing.
And the picture of her kissing her girlfriend, the whole thing is just agh... no.
I'm honestly glad Nick isn't supporting this... we get this crap shoved down our throats all day every day in the fucking media, we don't need JoJo doing it to us now too.
If she wanted to be DIFFERENT, she would have kept her image intact and just been who she was, instead of started the shift into looking like a lesbian.

9:52 Nick can replace her fricking immediately and they probably will. I dunno what their plan was for her anyway, she's like 20 something now isn't she? She can't do the teenage rainbow shit forever and be believable to the level Nick needs it to be. Their audience IS kids. It was time for something new in Nick's eyes anyways, she probably just made it easy for them. No one will stand up for her and make any progress, nothing will change, Nick WILL replace her, and Nick will keep ticking right along. No problem.
I think JoJo's aesthetic has been great, I've seen her products here and there and I think there's no better youth a girl could have (if she WANTED to be famous) than the one that JoJo had, at least in the public eye. To me, it looks like it was a fucking dream come true, she's blessed she got to live that, and nothing lasts forever. At least she'll always have her face plastered all over countless cutesy colorful products to look back on and reminisce about that dream of a reality.

Amanda's story is actually very sad... basically she was an enslaved child actress, pushed into the spotlight by her overbearing totally obsessed parents. She was fed to the beasts at Nick, Dan Schneider namely. God only knows the heinous atrocities she went through.
Either they drove her nuts, or she was genetically inclined to the schizophrenia that became VERY apparent into her adulthood, and at the age when it usually sets in on females no less.
You can tell she's suffering with psychosis in much of the content she releases, whether it's video, photo, or text. For people familiar with the symptoms of psychosis/schizophrenia, it's very obvious.
I recognized it 100% when I heard her Hollywood roomates audio from TMZ...
Very clearly schizophrenia, and it's just sad how unless you hear these quotes FROM HER DIRECTLY like in that clip, you are not necessarily gonna understand that's what it is. If you just READ the quotes in text as they're posted on media outlets, it's not gonna have proper context or be AS recognizable as clear pure and total psychosis.

It's fucked up because she even raps with that same monotone voice that she talks in these days too...
Like there's not a single shred of any type of emotion or even any attitude in her voice whatsoever.
It's called "flat affect" as far as schizophrenia symptoms go...
But you'd think someone with these kind of mental problems wouldn't even be motivated enough to try something like rapping in the first place.
I wonder if Sloan is right and it's just the same shit that people have been doing to Amanda all her life, essentially forcing her to perform when she doesn't want to but at this point she's too lost in psychosis to even fight against it at all.
