I cook a ton of bacon at once (in the oven) then I let it cool, wrap it in parchment paper, and freeze it. I just eat it here and there, garnish certain dishes with it, etc. It's truly fucking amazing and I would die for bacon. You should be willing to die for bacon too. Give me bacon or give me death. I'm just saying.
