I've been hearing a lot about Telegram lately... I was always opposed to it because it was basically inundated with middle eastern dudes. I still don't get why anyone is viewing the platform as a solution.

Post all the Telegram links you want hon, I was just commenting that I've heard a lot of people saying lately that Telegram will be a safe place to depend on after they've been banned off Insta, YouTube, FB, etc. and I think they're just fooling themselves. As soon as those banned peeps start getting any traction (widely shared etc.) on Telegram, they'll be blasted off there too.

I dunno, that's just how I see it but I hope for the sake of those who have been censored off other platforms that they really can depend on Telegram to host them. We'll see.

I'm somewhat tempted to check out Telegram again though, the last time I looked at it in depth was around 2016. I remember it being associated with phone numbers or something, and I thought that was really inconvenient.
