Bathroom/kitchen...

Anybody else ever wash "mostly clean" dishes in the bathroom? Lol.

The kitchen is for REAL dirty dishes, but sometimes I'll clean a lightly used dish out in the bathroom since there's nothing in it, maybe some crumbs I'll brush off into the trash beforehand.

That kinda stuff is fine for the bathroom sink, IMO.

Well I was having an apple with some peanut butter in a little bowl, great snack...

There was just some peanut butter left around the bottom of the bowl, I'm like fuck taking this to the kitchen, I'll just clean it out with some toilet paper and finish washing it in the sink.

I'm thinking, "Meh, I'm taking this trash out later anyways, fuck it." So I'm cleaning out the peanut butter with toilet paper and throwing it in the trash can...

Then I suddenly realized how fucking nasty it would look to anyone else, and I straight up died laughing.

Rofllll. I mean, lmfaoooo.

Oh my God, I think it's hilarious.

I mean, it doesn't actually look like shit. Well I guess it COULD. It looks like peanut butter, but seeing that with no context would be sooo fucking nasty, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

AAAAAAHHHHHHH.

Lmfao, and dude...

Not only that, but there's a crazy assortment of trash in that trash can.

Things that if you saw without context, you'd be so fucking disturbed.

Like...

There are tears in my eyes from laughing. My face hurts from laughing.

So I read you can do a palm-sized patch test on your skin with some povidone-iodine, and if the color disappears in a certain time frame, apparently you're low on iodine.

Some sources say this works, some say it doesn't. I'm inclined to believe it doesn't.

Anyway, I have these jumbo q-tips and dripped both ends with this DARKER THAN BLOOD RED iodine and they're just chillin' in the trash, BAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA.

I've cleaned out my brush and tossed the hair in there...

LMFAOOOOOAAAAAAHHH.

Oh man.

Wow.

I wish I had a burn barrel because I would torch this trash so hard right now.

Simply taking it outside to the garbage bin hits nowhere near as hard as I need it to.

I mean, a sink is a sink.

I do love doing laundry in the bathtub though.

"You got your apple in my peanut butter!"

"You got your peanut butter on my apple!"

You can bet your ass some marketing genius will read this thread, and peanut butter covered apples will show up on the supermarket shelves.

I've been eating apples and peanut butter on the down low for a few weeks now whenever I want a snack...

So simple but so satisfying.

I am gonna drop the peanut butter and only eat the apple going forward though...

PB is one of those things that goes in cycles for me.

Sometimes I REALLY want it, and other times the mere thought of it just fills me with meh.

I get 3 bags of apples at the grocery these days.

TONS of apples.

Cuz I chop some up and freeze them to go in oatmeal too.

I like to have some chopped and ready in the freezer (along with other fruits), just a little stockpile so I can jazz up the oatmeal.

Another thing I've been enjoying lately is Triscuits and tuna with ranch.

So I mix the ranch up myself with some milk and sour cream, grind a little pepper into it.

Then I stir the tuna into that, chop up some dill pickle to go in there.

I eat it on top of regular flavor and dill flavored Triscuits, and it's EXQUISITE.

Love sardines atop brown rice, with Italian dressing drizzled on there... I make all the dressing myself, nothing you buy pre-made is ever anywhere near as good as home made salad dressings.

Been loving the heck out of that vinaigrette lately. The stuff I make will choke you up though, it's fucking INTENSE.

I'm liberal with the vinegar, balsamic and apple cider mixed together... tons of extra virgin olive oil. Lots of oregano and the typical Italian seasonings. I put some pepper flakes in when I'm going for that extra burn.

It's delicious, I use it way more than I use ranch these days when I'm having straight salad.

I'd rather have my ranch in the tuna these days than to have it on my salad.

Apparently iron absorbs into your food when you cook with cast iron, I've read a lot of articles about it... still not enough just by itself, but nothing to shake a stick at.

Yes there is iron blockers that is true coffee can do it even.
Best take your iron food or supps without any unrefined grain products or caffeine.
I was absolutely amazed when I got this pdf from the health dept people of nutrition what I thought was high in iron wasn't.
And they are degree qualified public servants who just research food all day so they get paid enough they are probably right the fuckheads.

Iron blockers Tea, coffee, unprocessed bran, some soy proteins and medications can block the body’s absorption of non-haem iron. Avoid eating or drinking iron blockers at the same time as iron-rich foods.

You know what's really weird...

I used to think I was allergic to tuna, and it seemed like I WAS...

https://www.sectual.com/thread-18178.html

And this was only in 2021.

WTF.

It never makes me feel bad after I eat it anymore.

I just found out today that walnuts are very good for anxiety or depression because they have loads of tryptophan which triggers serotonin in the body , maybe it’s why I crave chocolate chip with walnuts cookies so much
The Kramer clip was funny

Having the apple in there would make it go down so much smoother.

Tonight I made maple cinnamon sauteed apples for dinner.

It just seemed right.
