But yeah, SolarHam appears to be the ultimate sun news source. Cuz SpaceWeather covers other phenomena besides sun activity, so there is a difference between these sites.

We've been waiting for this. Big sunspot AR3363 just produced a significant solar flare ... Although the explosion was not X-class, it was more powerful than many X-flares would be. Why? Because it lasted so long.

That whole Mars Perseverance camera thingy kinda spoils the mystique about what's coming around from the far side though. I like the anticipation of a huge sunspot coming around and not knowing if there really is one or not.
