Was looking for help migrating all the lives over to the new channel. There is a channel called "Thetruemoshow" that has 43 subscribers and no content... not sure if that's it.
I didn't hear if she explained why she was doing it, seems like a weird idea to me.

Kelli Coffee did something similar recently, making some of her livestreams "Members Only", on YouTube ITSELF. Which is a highly superior method to unlisting because it doesn't matter who has the link or where it's been shared, it won't play unless you're a paying member on her channel.

If Morgan wants to play this bullshit game, she at least needs to do it right.

It's a hella dumb idea. The solution is more uploads on her channel in addition to the streams... not a whole new channel. She's shot herself in the foot. You can only stream to an audience of like 20 people max with a new channel.

You don't start a whole other channel unless it involves a niche... livestreaming is not a niche. YouTube channels will be divided by topic in the future, so you'd only need one channel for everything anyway. It's a big mistake... even Fran doesn't really need her own channel. Better off keeping it all under one umbrella.

It actually sucks to see Morgan make these mistakes, as someone who acts like YouTube is their only job.

She's a clusterfuck, her reasons for unlisting those videos are something else she's not willing to admit to.

You can't "migrate" fifty 3+ hr. streams to a new channel. The only way would be if you somehow saved the videos locally and re-uploaded them all... it'd take weeks and be pointless in the end.

Nothing on Morgan's channel DOESN'T make her look like a clusterfuck. It's all been clusterfuck from day one. Who is she trying to fool by separating Fran and the livestreams from her channel? What even is her channel at this point without Fran and the livestreams? It's just her... without any of the elements that make people actually wanna watch her.

Yeah I don't see why you would dilute things when you have 158k subscribers and the ability to categorize videos within one channel.

Fucking up my commentary process is all I need to stop watching her.

I can't link any of her vids if she's gonna make them unlisted and paywalled on Patreon later... therefore commenting on her videos is pointless.

So, new channel or not, I can't watch her vids anymore.

It's just unacceptable behavior... she really is so much like Zane. He always shot himself in the foot losing access to his channels, breaking his phones, etc. It's basically the same thing.

YouTube will look down on duplicate content.

Now that she's unlisted the vids, she may as well consider them a loss.

Even if she deleted the lives from her main channel, YouTube will still know that the vids been uploaded on its platform before, that it's old, etc.

She's fucking herself out of insecurity and embarrassment. Total waste. This thread is now useless because none of her videos can be linked in it. Bad for her business from every angle and it's all because she can't own who she is and just accept that this is how it was meant to be.

Just can't trust her to be dependable... I can't think of any other YouTuber I've ever commented on who has pulled something like this. They just wouldn't even dream of it. Because they take their channels and their business seriously.
