He's trying to log into a Twitter alternative called [redacted] (never heard of it) and they are experiencing problems with performance...
The "internet of olde" explanation would be that there's too much traffic hitting their site because Twittertards are trying to use it. But that's not the case... Their site is experiencing "degraded performance" because it's under the same AI attack as Twitter came under.

Essentially, Elon has said that Twitter has been forced to use extra/backup servers to facilitate the traffic demand because the AI bots are making too many connections...
