Sometimes SNL goes through years solid of not being that great, but when they finally come around again... it's well worth the wait. They've hit their stride. I'm glad the show is still on. 50 years, wow.

And Dana fucking Carvey? He's slaying. Damn near 40 years of history on the show and he's still making appearances. Always exciting to see him or any of the old/beloved cast members as surprise guests.

SNL has to be one of the hardest jobs in television or film... seriously. But it pays huge just to be part of it, and especially if you made it into the 'beloved' ranks, your bread is buttered for the rest of your life.
