You're living an interesting life, Dan. How has living off grid changed your perception of time? Does it seem like it goes by more slowly, or is it pretty much the same as when you lived a more traditional life?

Sun dried tomatoes are an experience dude... I haven't had any in a long time, but the texture is unlike anything else.
