I wanna stop eating anything that results in sugar...

I have a friend who switched from coffee to drinking this and says he feels way healthier.

Adds psilocybin for special occasions lol but not sure if that's a good recommendation.

I used to make banana and cacao smoothies a lot. It's good.

You can just dip the banana in the cacao powder and straight up eat it while you chug water though, same effect and less mess. The problem with every coffee alternative is that it's inconvenient to prepare, cleanup is annoying, and it just ain't coffee.

Tea is the easiest alternative but it's also not coffee...

I've actually decided the best course of action is just to make the coffee really weak. I like it strong as fuck, but you go through a lot of coffee that way. I don't like dark roast... just a whole shitload of medium roast.

Why does coffee with sugar and milk have to be SO DAMN DELICIOUS?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Some days I can't fight it... I gotta have it.

And it's SOOOO GOOOOOOOD.

I do genuinely love black coffee. But it's an entirely different experience than having it with milk and sugar.

If I had to choose only one way to drink coffee for the rest of eternity, it would be black though.

Butter in coffee was a trendy paleo/keto type thing years ago, but it's actually pretty great.

Have to blend it or shake it up hard to get it frothy though... it's gross if you just stir it.

See, it's all these trends man...

How do you know what's actually worth fucking with and what has just been dreamed up by a boardroom of 60 year old dudes trying to line their pockets.

I think the idea is it's better for keeping steady blood sugar... can also add coconut oil.

Heavy cream works too... it lacks the lactose. I think it has some, but less than milk.
