It's delicious...
I love the lemon/lime flavored ones, they're the best. They've got a lot of flavors to choose from but the best one is lime or lemon/lime.
What really disgusts me though is that they actually make this stuff in a bunch of different flavors with aspartame...
I just can't believe they would actually sully seltzer water with sugar in the first place, let alone that nasty poisonous fake shit.
Another reason I love seltzer water is because you can spill it everywhere and it doesn't even matter because it's clear and there's no sugar in it so it doesn't even get sticky.
It's the best!!! So refreshing!!! Totally satisfies any urge for soda.
And the other great part is because it's got no sugar, it doesn't hurt your teeth or make your mouth all dirty.
Love it!!!
So the difference between seltzer water and sparkling mineral water is the water used. Seltzer water, who knows where the hell they get that. But the sparkling mineral water is spring water, so it's got minerals and whatnot in it. This means it's potentially even good for you, whereas regular soda can never be good for you.
We should really only drink water. But if we want a special treat, seltzer water/sparkling water is the best option. Just look at the ingredients and make sure there is no fake sugar.

Salt is good...
Specifically and basically only sea salt though.
Table salt doesn't conduct electricity...
There is zero benefit in table salt.
Sea salt conducts electricity therefore it benefits the brain.
This subject ties into the effects of electromagnetism on the brain topic...

Not as of yet extensively discussed on Interstellar. But all in due time.
Essentially that's why they're putting sugar (refined sugar = always bad) in everything...
It doesn't conduct electricity.
When they use salt, they use the kind that doesn't conduct electricity.
This is to slow down the minds of the masses.
PRO TIP thats fricken. Dope thanks. Am so get me sea salt now. And some pop ;)

table salt is generally iodized which makes it very important. there was a huge push towards sea salts and away from iodized salt coinciding with the huge rise in thyroid issues. i use a mix of them now.
as for getting off a pop addiction, i went with this stuff:

it's so fucking delicious and reminds me of watching golf on tv in the 80s with my grandparents.

Yep, getting iodine is important... always best to get it naturally instead of supplementing with it. Let me tell you that much.

That's all I drink besides water and alcohol. I never buy any with sugar or fake sugar, like you mentioned you don't need it!
My favorite is lemon seltzer too. I'm just mad at myself because many years ago I used to buy plain seltzer bottles and squeeze lemons into it way before it became a thing with brands like La Croix! Who knew? I could have done that and made a fortune haha!
Also when I'm at a restaurant, I always order soda or seltzer water from.the bar tap and they usually add lemon or lime. It's usually free although a few places charge for it.
Regular water with lemon is my staple
I went out a few times lately and once was brought limes which I was semi ok with but another time I was brought a packet of lemon juice.... like how the fuck am I gonna wipe the rim of my glass with a fucking packet of lemon juice, not even like you have to hand cut the fucking lemons these days

I may or may not have an addiction to soda water...
It may or may not be slightly out of hand.

I never understood the whole LaCroix craze until recently. Thought it was gross for a long time. Now I find myself drinking an entire 8 pack every day hahaha. Peach-Pear and key lime are the best!

Hell yeah they are delicious.
I drink the cheap brands though, most major grocery store chains have their own version of the seltzer water...
Just make sure it doesn't have any kind of sweeteners in it!!!
