quite the story behind that , the person they wanted blood from was a completely innocent person that happened to be hit head on by a car that was being chased by police ... many are saying the police wanted the blood so they could blame the poor guy for being 'under the influence '-( he was already in surgery and highly drugged) and wouldn't have to pay out a huge lawsuit
they are a creepy bunch of assholes , had my house broken into 3 times and never once did they respond timely or recover anything

Yeah, my cousin and a friend are both nurses and posted this on FB the other day. Totally fucking outrageous. The fucking cops are out of control and think they can do whatever the fuck they want.
And if you think about it, what was the cop thinking he could accomplish by arresting the nurse anyway? That didn't help him get his sample, did it? What if he went back in and asked someone else? What's he going to do, arrest the hospital? That cop is a low-IQ fucking knuckle dragger. Ficking guy needs to go to jail for even trying to get a sample from someone illegally, let alone what he did to the nurse.

I totally agree that this Police Officer was out of line. If there was probable cause all he needed to do was get a warrant. They issue them 24/7 so there is no excuse for not getting one. I am not sure how it works when a driver is unconscious but if you are conscious and refuse a sobriety test you automatically have surrendered your driving privileges. So the driver had the right to refuse had he been awake. That is something you agree to when you sign your drivers license to begin with. It is very important to understand that driving on public roads is and always has been a legal privilege, not a right, But I do not agree with stereotyping all cops as bad. Most police are good cops. But even the good cops are going to ignore the bad if every time a bad cop is dealt with they are all publicly ostracized. There is no way I agree with BLM, NWA or any other call to rise in civil chaos and kill or otherwise attack our law enforcement community as a whole. Any more than I would condemn every nurse because there is a number of them that provide drugs illegally, commit sadistic acts on patients to include acts of euthenasia as mercy killings. If there was no law there would be no civility and noone to call when you are actually in danger.
Truth is the impression of reality words create.
