What they're doing with the whole monetized stolen vids thing is definitely bad but...
Almost seems kind of innocuous in some ways. They're just being obnoxious by doing this, it's almost plainly trolling.
They're even making out in the description of their channels like Clif's some kind of genius savant public servant and he's just public property or something.
But it reads like they don't actually know who the fuck Clif High even is.
These motherfuckers are polite though, you gotta give 'em that.

The mixed feelings I have about this are marked.
On one hand it's good to see he didn't just use AI to generate some trash.
On the other hand, I can't believe he didn't have somebody from his large fan base edit it if he (clearly) couldn't be bothered to do it himself.
