People always want to find reasons why some humans live long. Like I remember hearing "this old man smokes a shit ton of cigars and drinks whiskey every day" and he´s 100 years old... Then some people wanna think those are the key to living long. But using logical thinking he probably just has the right genetic make up for how he has lived his life, eaten what he has eaten etc that has resulted in him getting so old.

I did about 5 years of diet coke then just went back to the real thing . An 85 year old man advised me he drank one regular coke a day for the last 50 years , he seemed strong and wise so I decided to follow him .
